CHERCH = Christian Home Educators Raising Children in Huntsville
We are an association of homeschooling families who share our collective resources to support each other through the joys and trials of educating our children. After nearly fifteen years, our group continues to grow. We are emerging into an era of renewed commitment to our children's educational experience through coordinated group activities and information sharing.
Through our group we find great friends, have a huge amount of fun, and provide social settings outside the home classroom in which our children can grow. We hope this site will help you gain a better understanding of what we are all about.

Purpose
The purpose of the CHERCH group is to unite home schooling families in activities that are beneficial to the physical and the spiritual well being of the individual. This includes the educational process for the whole family. Our intention is to provide activities, field trips, and meetings that are Christ-centered and family-oriented. CHERCH proposes to educate interested parents about the benefits of home schooling and to assist them in their beginning.
Membership Benefits
Membership is open to any family that is home schooling at least one of their children. We encourage you to be an active member participating in activities throughout the year. CHERCH membership benefits are provided in the CHERCH Guidelines download available to the left of the page under Documents. To be able to view the Members Only tabs, you must register on the site. When your membership is approved, you will be notified by email that your user account at CHERCH has been recently updated to include access to the following Security Role as a Member. Then, you will be able to log onto the Members Only tabs.
To become a member of CHERCH please register on the site, download the Guidelines and Statement of Faith, CHERCH Information Sheet and Membership Form. Fill out the information, and mail it in with your payment. Checks should be made payable to CHERCH.
